The basic idea in a sentiment analysis based on the application of lexicons is that the appearance of certain words or sequences of them on which an algorithm has been trained indicates the presence of a characteristic type of feelings or emotions. As an example, we analyze the information presented in the information sheets prepared by the National Plan for the Industrial Heritage of Pozo Sotón compared to that presented on the web page of the facilities. Our analysis shows the dominance of positive emotions but it is not irrelevant the presence of words associated with negative emotions even in a text that tries to highlight everything positive in the history of the facilities and their current use. The use of sentiment analysis and generative artificial intelligence techniques opens the possibility of optimizing content in the design of routes or promotional and communication content.
