The project aims to contribute to the cultural, economic and social revitalization of remote rural areas through the use of heritage linked to traditional occupations and crafts. In this way Culturality will develop a methodology based on a combination of basic, applied and experimental research to determine the potential of tangible and intangible cultural heritage related to crafts. The results will allow the design of new sustainable business models that can be replicated in other rural areas. To contribute to avoid demographic loss and to promote crafts and traditional occupations as ways of life and key pieces within the European cultural heritage.
The project has received funding from the European Union´s Horizon Europe program for research and innovation under grant agreement No. 101132628 - CULTURALITY.
